It’s a Bandcamp Friday (provided you’re reading this on Friday, August 7th 2026). This is the day that Ned Collette’s new album Mixed Light was announced, for a release on August 28th. I was pleased to write the liner notes to this fine collection of songs. That shouldn’t be the only reason you’d want to buy it, but if it is, I’m flattered. You should really thank Ned though. This guy is one hell of a singer-songwriter and this record is a big swing. It’ll be on a bunch of other labels in different territories but right now Feeding Tube has it in the USA. Pre-order it!

I have a bunch of Letraset for sale.

Sometimes I dabble in vintage resale, and one of my favorite things to pass along is rub-on lettering sheets like Letraset, Normatype, Formatt and other brands. I’ve come into a few hundred sheets of this stuff, and am in the process of cataloguing it all for sale. The available inventory is up in a Google sheet that you can view by replying to this email.
